About CCRA
Organizational Structure
The Board of Directors consists of officers elected by the members
for a one year term and a delegate (or alternate) from each component
chapter.
The officers are:
- President
- President Elect
- Immediate Past President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
The standing committees are:
- Advisory
- Bylaws
- Communications
- Education
- Ethics
- Legislative
- Membership
- Nominating
- Program
- Public Relations
- Ways and Means
Component chapters have their own elected officers and standing committees
for conducting
business at the local level. The component chapters are represented
by their delegate at CCRA functions and CCRA Board of Director
meetings.
